Being a first-time home buyer is stressful, but Richard and his partner set me at ease. Not only are they super professional and in the know on all the latest infrared tech gadgets (they even showed us how they use the infrared gun to detect heat!), but they are consummate – they made sure we had privacy to discuss the inspection apart from the seller; made sure we knew how to pour white vinegar and water in the condensate line; made sure we knew where the dryer vent was and how to empty it; etc. It’s these little touches (as well as how funny, flexible, and kind they are – it was hot and they kept using mini-fans to blow cool air on us!) that made us feel safe using their services. If you want a complete inspection that starts and ends on time, is affordable, will help lower your insurance premiums, and will even teach you a few things about basic home maintenance and ownership, I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you so much for helping Max and I! <3

He was incredibly thorough and friendly the whole time. I followed him around and asked tons of questions and he couldn’t have been nicer. The whole team at Pillar and Post were quick to respond and the online ordering was so easy to use. Overall fantastic experience!

The overall home inspection report was extremely professional and easily understood with high quality photos which reassured the job was well done. If you want it done right, Pillar to Post is the way to go!
