Jeff was great to work with. He was friendly, efficient, and thorough. He explained everything both verbally during the inspection and in the report. He answered all our questions in detail. We were surprised to learn that he came out to the house we are buying a few days prior to the inspection to set up the radon detector in order to have the results the day of the inspection. The inspector who inspected the home we are selling set up the radon detector the day of the inspection so the buyers had to wait a few days after he completed the physical inspection in order to get the final results. We really appreciated being able to get the results the same day and not have the uncertainty of the results looming over us for days to come. I would highly recommend Jeff!
