Home inspection was good in the sense that we felt like they did a good job reviewing the big stuff like the foundation and the roof. They missed a few minor things that we unfortunately discovered after we moved in (the outdoor spigots weren’t connected to a water source for example) that we felt like should’ve been discovered during the inspection so we could’ve had them taken care of prior to move in.

Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough in his home inspection. He gave me a lot of great tips and suggestions. Jason was very was very quick to respond and made scheduling easy. His final report was extremely helpful in helping me understand my new home.

Todd was the best inspector! He came to our inspection and again right before close to make sure we felt comfortable with everything in the inspection. He was approachable, kind, willing to help, and easy to work with. I hope to work with him again. Would recommend to anyone.
