Our clause was more than $1000 in repairs and we could get out of the contract. We noticed new cracks drastically forming and we called out a foundation company. There are over $23000 worth of repairs needing done because the side of the crawl space that is easy to access looks fine. The rest of the crawl space behind the main beam has only two 4x4s for support on the front side and none on the right side of the house. The chimney is falling because it has no footers and is supported by the house. We also have an addition on the house and paid extra for the thermal water testing. The addition is basically all rotten and everything needs to be sistered and waterproofed. The floor under the shower is completely rotten as well. A month after the inspection the roof started leaking and also needs replaced. I would definitely not recommend using him when buying a house.

John mentioned at the beginning of the inspection that he wanted me to walk with him during the inspection so he could go over the issues and future maintenance. That made me feel a lot better about the inspection because I was concerned I might be in the way but that was not the case. The report is well done and easy to read. The 360 photos are an extra nice touch as well.

Went over all the electrical, plumbing and other moving parts of the house to include current functional status and preventive maintenance suggestions. Inspection very detailed and non rushed. 360 pictures of the entire property included
