He gives the buyer security of knowing the condition of a home when purchasing.
First he explained the inspection process and all the services that were available to us. Even though we could not be present for the inspection it was wonderful that we got a copy of everything and the phone call going over even the tiniest detail was Great. We would definitely refer people to this company. The best inspection experience we have ever had. It also doesn’t hurt that the price was very reasonable for the service we received.
Home inspection was thorough and well presented. I love the services that come with the inspection. Great service with extensive knowledge was provided! Highly recommend to anyone.
