Thank you for visiting our website. The Lomi Team offers several services in addition to home inspections. We offer inspections on all types of homes and represent buyers as well as sellers. Our inspection reports are non-alarmist, comprehensive, and unbiased.

We consider it a privilege that you chose us to inspect one of the largest investments you will make. Therefore, we take great care in the inspection to supply you with all the information that you need to make an informed decision. That “Moment of Truth” when emotion hits reality can be difficult. We encourage your presence at the inspection to walk you through the entire process and go over the report in detail with you. We answer all your questions, show you what we found, and explain how it can be dealt with. We strive to have our customers leave the inspection impressed, informed, and confident.

He was warm, kind, knowledgable, trustworthy, and very very thorough. He explained everything to us well and even gave recommendations of local shops that could do some of the work needed on the home. We feel so much more secure purchasing the home after having him look through everything. Can’t say enough good thing about him and his work and would recommend him to anyone!

Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. We told him we were taking out a USDA loan and he was able to suggest things that would be needed to comply with those standards. He also went over some maintenance items we would need to know with this being our first home.

My review apparently didn’t get fully posted so I am posting it again – Chris did a really thorough inspection and did his best to get into inaccessible areas instead of just glancing around and calling them inaccessible. He also patiently answered my many questions and educated me on why something was good or why something would need to be corrected for safety or to prevent future issues. I highly recommend having Chris do an inspection for any home you are considering purchasing or even to have a professional, unbiased opinion on what you should considering doing on a home you already own.
