Mark was fantastic. Thorough, thoughtful, careful, and helpful in his commentary as we went through the house and as he showed me his report. As a first time home buyer, it was very comforting to have someone who is clearly an expert in his field helping me along the way. With his input I feel much more confident moving forward with buying the house that he inspected.
I mean, he pointed out that there were some uncovered nail heads on some roof shingles… a hawks eye for sure. Really appreciated the knowledge he was able to share about possible simple and complex fixes to issues, letting me know which were minor and which were more serious. As a first time home buyer, this will serve me very well for the future upkeep of my home. Much appreciated!
He was able to navigate difficult access to the attic, noticed the tiniest of details, and used every last minute inspecting the house then explaining each detail to me. I 10/10 would recommend him to any of my family or friends. In this instance he had an expert’s eye in a 1915 home. At the end he provided a detailed binder with colored photos of everything he found, along with a cost-guide pamphlet, and a general spring/fall homeowner checklist for keeping your home safe.
