Wonderful guys!! They are so detail oriented and are both at the property and still take 3 hours which is SUCH a good thing. They really take the time they need to find any issues and uncovered so many little things we would have never known about otherwise.

We had them do an inspection for the our possible purchase of a property. They found a few things we had missed and made suggestions to what would be required to effect repairs. We were able to move on in the process with confidence. We will use their services again in the future.

Jacob did a great job! He obviously has swung a hammer before. We used another inspector and my handyman husband found more wrong with the house than the “professional”. Jason was able to ask lots of questions and get knowledgeable answers! I LOVE the binder we get at the end! What a great way to stay organized and the maintenance tips are great! We already maintain our house well because of Jason but it’s nice to have a checklist to work from.
