Matt was absolutely worth every penny. Getting a good inspector is the difference between costly home repairs and early intervention. Matt was punctual, thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered our questions and made sure we understood what we were looking at, why it was a problem, and general repair costs. He pulled up pictures listed by the seller and noticed a few issues that appeared to be painted over. We were able to inquire about repairs made and repairs needed.
