Michael provided a very comprehensive home inspection and even gave a 3-D output via email that I could use to review the inspection results. He walked me through all the issues that he found and even recommended fixes for each. Fair prices and amazing service. 100% recommend
He went over it with us in a way we understood it all and was patient with our questions. You also receive a nice binder to keep up with all issues and repairs you make. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection. The price is great for the quality you receive as well.
He is early to the site of inspection, very courteous, and he is extremely detailed and concise. He was great at offering suggestions and very patient with (what seemed like) my endless questions.
