Michael did a terrific job performing an inspection for me to buy a house. Best inspector I’ve had the pleasure to do business with when buying a home.
Michael was awesome. Not only did he do a thorough inspection, noting multiple issues we would have missed, but he provided a blueprint to follow for the repairs that were needed so we would know exactly what to do when the time came. His observations enabled us to estimate the repair costs so our Realtor could negotiate the best deal for us. Michael even did a walkthrough with us on FaceTime so we could see what he was seeing even though we were in another state. We highly recommend Pillar to Post for everyone’s inspection needs.
