The houses we’ve seen so far looked good only on the surface. If you are searching for a home for you and your family to reside in, do not expect perfection. But at the same time do not allow yourself to become so desperate to the point of just settling. Neither allow your realtor to pressure you into buying. Patiently keep looking untill you find what YOU want. Call Mr. Gamba and he will look beyond those pretty granite counter tops and cabinets; fresh paint, and new flooring. He will show you exactly what you need to see to help you make a sound decision.

This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure to use Michael Gamba and the good folks at Pillar to Post Home Inspectors. This Veteran owned and operated company absolutely demonstrates all of the important qualities a person could fathom to require out of a home inspector. Thorough, reliable, and a straight shooter, Michael Gamba was very personable and not afraid to be entirely transparent with my wife and I regarding the house we were purchasing. Pillar to Post is my go-to for home inspections. As a real estate agent, I want to make sure my clients receive seamless service both from me and any contractors I recommend. Mike and Daphne have never let me down! I appreciate the quick responses, ease and flexibility of scheduling, the kind interactions both with me and my clients, and of course, the thorough and detailed reports we get back.
