Nice guys who gave some helpful advice, but they weren’t very thorough. Some of what they noted in the report were things I pointed out during the inspection, and I noticed quite a bit more after taking possession of the house. The report was timely and well-organized, but I expected more thoroughness for the cost.*Edit* I noticed a leaking pipe in the basement but one was missed. I also noticed a light that didn’t work. No one caught that the hot water heater was plumbed backwards, that the bathroom fan vents into the attic, etc.

The inspection was very thorough and professional as well as the timely report that we received the next day. I felt very confident in the scope and detail given so my decision and expectations about the property was informed in reality and facts that I would not have been aware of without Mike’s good work. And to top it off he proved to be a very nice person.

Went for the complete package and they couldn’t find anything wrong with this house. I’ve been in this house 3 days and every day I find it least 1 or 2 things either electrical or plumbing that need repair and they missed it. How do you miss a major water leak? No GFCI’s in bathrooms? Large foundation cracks covered by rugs and outdoor carpet? BLACK MOLD?Changing rating to one star. Fooled me once and NEVER AGAIN. SHAME ON YOU!
