I was hoping to purchase a new home and have had less than great experiences with inspectors in the past with my other home purchases. I hired Mr. DeMelo strictly off his 4.8-star rating on Google and I could not have been happier. Although the home sale fell through, Nelson was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He also seemed like an honest man which is even more important in the home inspection business. I definitely plan on hiring him for my next home purchase.
