Due to unforeseen scheduling conflicts, we weren’t able to attend the inspection. The report we received was so detailed and included pictures, it felt like we had been there. Lois (the receptionist) was extremely sweet and helpful. We didn’t end up buying this house but when we find another, we’ll be sure to use Pillar to Post.
I liked the virtual report, however, it was upsetting that the main distribution panel was labelled as “not accessible” when it could have been easily looked at. I feel like it was not a complete home inspection without that information.
Buyer’s hired Pillar to Post to perform a variety of inspection services for their new recreation WI lake home. Their feedback was great. They were very happy with the inspection protocol and reports provided. The Virtual 3D home tour, floor Plan, and Radon services were all very thorough. The individual appliance model numbers were also appreciated. Keep up the good work Andrew.
