This is the third time I’ve used them. Always exceptional service from start to finish. The home inspector was in touch with me prior to the inspection. He made some recommendations that ended up saving us several $100. He was super patient and courteous during the inspection, answering a lot of my questions and going out of my way to explain things. He pointed out a few things, that while not necessarily relevant right now, are things to look out for in the future and will ultimately save us both time and money. Highly recommend, super pleasant to work with and great value for the money.
