The address I use is a mail box from ups. I enjoy inspecting homes for people and watching out for there interest.
Paul came out to do an inspection for me before buying a condo, and was the most thorough inspector I’ve had yet. If it weren’t for him taking the extra time to leave all faucets running for a good while (longer than any past inspectors Ive used I might add), we would have never noticed the bathtub upstairs leaking into the kitchen below! He goes above and beyond to make sure he catches every last detail and takes his time to ensure a quality and accurate report. Super thankful for this guy!
