We really appreciated the well organized and detailed report that we received from him the same day. We would definitely recommend Peter to anyone going through the home buying process.
The money you spent on an inspection will save you 100x on surprises down the road…but only IF the inspector does a thorough job. After doing 9 different inspections at different properties ive bought i can say ive found the best on the east bay of RI. Highly recommended.
