I met with the inspector, Robert, and right away I felt comfortable that he knew what he was doing. He informed me of the areas he was going to inspect and explained things along the way. He provided me with tips on how to maintain various items he looked at during the inspection, as well as what you would expect to be covered. I asked questions along the way and as he left, I felt very confident that he was accurate in his findings. Real estate transactions are very stressful, however, Robert’s professionalism and knowledge really helped to alleviate some of the stress. I would recommend Robert to anyone.
