It is indeed a great & lovely experience to work with the home inspector Robert Andrade. Last week was my third house that I approached Robert for help. Even among the covid19 tight schedule, he was able to give us appointment ASAP and perform a complete inspection of every aspect in great details spending long hours. It is highly difficult to find such a well qualified with top tech knowledge as much as Robert Andrade is, that too in that affordable price range. With Pillar to Post/Robert Andrade, I not only get a home inspection specialist, but a highly reliable friend. I will not hesitate even for a second to recommend him to everyone who likes to have their home inspected.

Hired Pillar to Post to inspect a home we had put an offer on. We spent about $800-900 on this inspection. They arrived on time and he was professional. What he did find for us was valuable (well water and deck safety problems) They spent at least 3-4 hours there but missed quite some smaller problems we may have liked to know about. Hornet infestation. They were in every upstairs window and nests in both eaves. They were bigger nests so not new. Some rot on some windows and one window that won’t close once it’s open and had rot and missing hardware. I understand the bigger the house the more to get through in the time allotted, so obscure things may be missed, but I feel like windows are an easy check. The minute windows are open upstairs, hornets start swarming out of it and if windows don’t close all the way, that’s pretty obvious. I have to think not every window was checked.
