I know enough about homes to know when I’m speaking to an expert. He is one. He was thorough, patient, friendly, and punctual. I couldn’t be happier.

Because of Ryan’s report I did not buy the home. Looking at the home, I would have never known it was an electrical nightmare. If I were to plug in a dryer I would have had fire and lost everything. Ryan you’re my angel !!!!
