There were several items that I felt Scott deserves to be recognized for: Scott’s price was slightly lower (about 10%) than other inspectors. Scott was available within a few days of my calling him. Scott performed a detailed inspection, he had all the necessary equipment to check all details. Scott explained everything to me as we went along and he was generating his report as he worked. We went over on the expected time by about 1 hour but he made sure I fully understood all the home defects. Scott also shared some of his experience on how to correct some of the minor defects. Overall I feel Scott was very professional and I was very satisfied with the final report and his follow up with my realtor.
