Justin did a fantastic job of answering my questions. He was nice, friendly and seemed very knowledgeable the inspection. He took extra care in explaining about the issues he found with a house. He was able to give me a few recommendation on which issues are a priority and ones that I would have to deal with later on down the line.

Called the Baker team with PTP asked a few questions, they were super informative. Followed up with a email just like they stated they would with all the details I needed. Justin came to do the inspection was extremely professional, and did a great job of explaining everything he had noticed, his concerns, and any recommendations he had to avoid spending unnecessary money along with what he would recommend budgeting for replacing in the future.

Our inspector Justin Barker was an absolute professional. He arrived ten minutes early and went promptly to work. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and treated our house with respect as he went about his business. I noticed that he was careful not to slam doors and windows, and he brought an extra pair of shoes so that he would not track dirt into the house. When he left, it was like he’d never been there! Further, the inspection report was carefully worded to be accurate about the condition of the house and he was still mindful of the fact that this was an older home, so he didn’t ‘grade’ it like a newly built house. His report was fair and to the point, without any bias, and he was versed in the issues that older houses can have. I will ALWAYS recommend Justin Barker with Pillar To Post, and I will use definitely use them when I buy my next property.
