But my realtor assured me they were very good. I now have to say it was worth every penny plus some. He did an extremely detailed inspection with pictures and recommendations. And he was very professional and patient with all my questions. This inspection kept me from making a big mistake on purchasing a home I thought was our dream home. The items found were major and would’ve only been found in a quality inspection. They were huge safety issues. While I’m now looking for another home, I will absolutely call Pillar to Post again for my next home inspection. Thank you!

Pillar to Post inspected a home for me that I want to purchase January 28, 2021 2:53 pm

They did the inspection within 2 days. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the 31 page report with photos the next day. I feel that they were extremely thorough. They checked the exterior, roof, attic, garage, exhaust, electrical, heat, air, plumbing, property, foundation, doorways, windows, fireplace and even did thermal imaging into the walls to check for insulation damage. I paid extra to also check the water and was very satisfied that the water was good. This made such a difference in the purchase of the home. I am so glad I used this company and feel I paid a fair price for the information.

I had a very small window for an inspection and I did not offer much of an advanced notice for this request to be fulfilled. When I called and got Paul on the phone, he was so reassuring that they would be able to take care of my request. We experienced some delays with the seller, at no fault of this organization, but Paul was so responsive and even apologetic. The customer service, attention to detail, communication and commitment to excellence is what will keep me as a loyal customer.
