He was phenomenal. He was thorough, considerate, and made sure we knew all about the house and property. He walked us through everything about the home, positive and negative. His detail was wonderful. He was very honest and realistic with us. We recommend him absolutely! So glad we chose his company!

Because of my inspectors lack of attention to detail I had to have my kitchen ceiling gutted, a new roof put on and a full rebuild of a swamp cooler and I need a whole new sprinkler system. I’m out almost $12K. When I attempted to contact my inspectors to address this I never received a response. I encouraged my realtor to not use this company and would encourage others to do the same.

He inspected a home we were buying and was able to walk us through the house and show us anything potentially wrong and explain what to watch out for and answer any questions we had. He also provided us a detailed report of his findings with suggestions for more immediate repairs. He also said he would come back out to the house at no charge and inspect anything that was repaired from his report to ensure it was up to code.
