Walter Henegar is a retired Navy “Seabee” Chief. He has served over 20 years in the construction force of the Navy as an Electrician. He was raised by his father, who was a master residential builder and general contractor. Learning many different commercial and residential methods of construction, Walter has a wide range of construction knowledge about every component of the home inspection process. In addition, Walter teaches the field of Home Inspection through his own State approved course certified by the Labor, Licensing and Regulation Board for the State of South Carolina. He has been teaching students for over 16 years. Many of your local and state home inspectors were taught by Walter on how to do a proper home inspection.
Walter attended many different construction schools while in the Naval Service and has also logged over 500 college credit hours in the field of home inspections. He not only has held a South Carolina License since 1999 but also has been a licensed home inspector for the State of Texas as a Professional Home Inspector.
