Established in 2003, Pohlman Building Inspections has served thousands of clients. I have extensive experience and education in construction technologies, blue print reading, and residential real estate. As a member and past president of the St. Louis Chapter of “The American Society of Home Inspectors” (ASHI) , I continue my education to keep up with the ever changing methods and codes used in today’s construction.

He is very thorough and knowledgeable in what a good home should look like. He works for the buyer and makes sure we know exactly the kind of home we will be purchasing. He will not back down to anyone who wants a home to be pushed through. So glad my family has found the best in the business to inspect any purchases we or our family will be making in the future. This inspector came to our house for an inspection, he wrote several findings that caused the buyers to back out. Noting that gutters all needed to be replaced because they were holding water, when in fact that was incorrect
