Ricardo enlisted in the Air Force, where a huge part of his duty was inspecting technical equipment—an important task that demanded painstaking attention to detail. I had Ricardo at my home and his service as Inspector was way more than I was expecting. He looked for every single detail about the condition of my roof inside and outside. Took photos of everything and the reports where very well documented with very clear-high-resolution-detailed photos. While he was up and down form the roof, my husband and I were there and he was explaining every question from us and showing us pictures of the condition of the roof. The service, the professionalism, the ethical way of his work, and the diligence of his work, goes above and beyond the expectations.
