Can I just say WOW! The final report with pictures and details about his findings are on point. As a litigation paralegal and a first time home buyer I know having a professional report of any kind of findings is critical and important! Pete showed up right on time and worked his way through the home checking every last nook and cranny. His report was extremely clear and he was happy to explain any and everything we had questions about. He was super friendly and fun to talk to as well and even showed us some of his tricks of the trade!
The inspector was very thorough and found a ton of stuff that had been improperly installed or damaged during installation. They even have a discount for military. If you need a home inspection done, I can’t recommend Point to Point enough.
