Charlie was great! Called him at 7:30 am in a panic due to my other inspector cancelling on me last minute. Charlie made ways to fit me in his schedule the day of. On the same day my full inspection report was emailed to myself and the attorney with detailed reviews on everything. He runs a great business I highly recommend him if you need any inspections done. Charlie was professional during our inspection on a house we were buying. He was on time, insightful and thorough. His report was accurate and specific to what you need. What makes his company even better is that if you have any issues afterwards he is a local guy and has come to take a look at a few issues that came up. He made time out his day to check and recommend people who could solve any issues.
