Each report comes with a Table of Contents, with hyperlink capability, which will enable you to go from section-to-section should you wish to skip to a specific part of the report. You will find well over a 150 photos, and a dozen, or more, videos in our reports to help clarify the items we are attempting to bring to your attention. We literally inspect hundreds of items during our inspections. Unlike many other home inspection companies that provide only minimal information about a home, the report our clients receive typically contain about 100 pages of information about the home, or commercial property.

He was timely and professional. His inspection report was thorough and detailed. He also has the credentials to inspect the HVAC system as well, so one less appointment. I highly recommend Preferred Home Inspection!
The Inspection in my opinion was poorly done and Inspector lied about comments he made to us when the the Realtor stepped outside. He stated he was going to make recommendations on his report which he never did and basically denied making the comments he did. Report consisted of about ONLY 3 pages. Two of the pages were photos. The other page was his report that basically only stated what the photos were. He did state what he couldn’t do, such as go in a crawl space because there was water. When he went to reinspect the property he said, “No water, but I didn’t take photos”. There was standing and running water all around the house at the time of inspection.
