We are very happy with our experience with Gabe from Premier Choice Inspections. He is detailed and thorough. He spends hours at the property making multiple passes to ensure capturing everything he can. He takes photos so when you review your inspection report later you know exactly what he is referring to. He spends the time walking through with you and answering all of your questions. He really put our mind at ease and made the inspection process seamless. He is the only person we trust and the only inspector we will be recommending to other future home buyers.

During my home purchase experience Premier Choice Inspections came out to evaluate and inspect the home I had in contract. The inspector was very thorough, he explained everything completely and in layman’s terms ensuring I understood what he was talking about. He also opened the conversation up for any questions I had and gave clarity to any concern I might have had all the while being impartial to the Seller or the Buyer. This company represented themselves with high integrity and professionalism down to getting the report to me in a timely manner. I received the report within an hour after we were finished. The cost was lower than expected and the service was high quality! Many thanks to the personnel at Premier Choice Inspections as I move forward with the purchase of my new home!
