Scott Haskel who owns Premier Home Inspection Services is the best in the business! In the last six years I have purchased numerous rental properties and he is the only home inspector I have ever used! He is super knowledgeable, very thorough, and his integrity and character are over-the-top. He has actually saved me money by steering me clear of some properties that I had wanted to buy. My highest recommendation if you are looking for a great home inspector!!

We have been very happy with the Home and Commercial Property Inspections conducted by Scott Haskell, owner of Premier Home Inspection Service LLC of Rapid City, SD. Scott inspected both the home we purchased in 2011 and the commercial property we purchased in 2005. Since we had never purchased commercial property before 2005, we were unfamiliar with commercial property inspections. After calling Scott and discussing this with him, we decided to hire him to inspect the commercial property we were considering & advise us as to the condition of the building and of any viable concerns. After a thorough inspection of the property, Scott provided a detailed written evaluation of the building, its mechanical and electrical systems, roofing; basically everything we needed to know about the condition of the building. This comprehensive inspection and evaluation ultimately afforded us the peace of mind necessary to purchase the property. We would highly recommend Scott Haskell and Premier Home Inspection Service, LLC to anyone wanting, needing or considering a Home or Commercial Property Inspection.
