I had contacted a number of home inspection companies in the Moscow area and I chose Premier Property Inspection because their prompt and helpful follow up. Dave Weaver took the time to understand what my needs were and didn’t try to sell me on unneeded services. Best of all, he was able to work me into his busy schedule and he performed the inspection and provided a comprehensive report (that was well illustrated with photos) in 2 days. He then followed up with a phone call to walk me through the report and provided a professional assessment of the property. Dave Weavers attention to detail and his helpful disposition were invaluable.

I contacted Dave over the weekend needing an inspection ASAP and he was quick to respond and was able to do the inspection that Monday. He was very thorough and informative to me going over everything that he looks at. His calm and professional manor made the inspection a breeze and stress free during our first home buying experience.

My girlfriend and I are in the process of buying a house and needed to get an inspection done. Based on the recommendation of my real estate agent I contacted Dave at Premier Property Inspection LLC and as it lucked out he had a cancellation and was able to inspect the property the very next day. I thought Dave’s inspection was very thorough and he provided good advice about the things that needed repair. I really appreciate how attentive to detail Dave is and how quickly he was able to get the inspection done. I will definitely recommend Premier Property Inspection LLC to anyone I know that needs a home inspection!
