Just had a home inspection by Zach and I wanted to take the time to review his work and company. First, he spent more than 5 hours doing his inspection and then walked both my wife and I around the house to point out things I never would have noticed. He was EXTREMELY thorough and told it like it is. I felt super comfortable having him do our inspection. He was super prompt in delivering a very comprehensive inspection report, detailing his findings of the home. We definitely recommend using his company to give you a complete home inspection and the peace of mind that it was done right. Job well done Zach!

She was so kind and thorough. She answered all my questions and took time to help me understand the process and services their business offered. She emailed me all the info I would need for inspection day. Day of inspection I met Zach. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. Zach did a complete and comprehensive home inspection. He spent 4 hours inspecting the house and later provided a very detailed report with tons of pictures so that I could make sense of the technical jargon. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions. Zach was patient and took time to explain all the little details during our walk-through. His background in energy efficiency was a bonus as this house was built in the 40’s and has tons of room to improve. He pointed out little things here and there that would be easy fixes or things to keep in mind. His report was simple to read and even included professionals in various trades that could help with improvements that Zach has worked with personally or heard good things about. At the very end of our meeting, Zach said, “well, you’ve got me for life so please feel free to call or email anytime with questions.” Turns out, I did have questions after the fact. I called and he got right back to me with detailed info. Great service! I highly recommend this local and family owned business. Bonus points for being Fair Family, too.
