From the minute we first met with Yvette I knew there was something different about her. She was genuinely curious about who we were, why we were buying a house, and what stage of life we were in. She recommended fantastic people to work with including a mortgage broker, plumber, and home inspector. . It’s easy to get out bid and discouraged, but with Yvette we never lost hope and were able to buy a beautiful house. Chances are we’d still be looking for a house without Yvette’s knowledge and experience. She’s now helping my parents buy in the area.

Yvette is amazing. In summer 2019 we met Yvette and she helped us search (through over 50 houses!!!) to find our home. She was patient, knowledgeable and accessible. Now in April 2021Yvette helped us sell out home (yes it was fast, but life changed and we rolled with it). Yvette helped us get top dollar (way more than we hoped for) and had tons of showings- 75 in 7 days!

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are that we got to work with Yvette. After working with a few other agents in other parts of the Bay, thank goodness we finally found her. We were tough clients, with very specific needs and a unique vision for our dream home, and Yvette more than delivered. She was an indispensable member of the team, and became like family over the course of the months we worked together. She spent countless hours on the phone with us and countless weekends touring houses she found for us that met our ever-changing specifications. She was always responsive, available, and flexible, and we never found ourselves waiting on her for information or action. She listened deeply, she made us feel so cared for, she calmed us down when we got nervous. When we decided to pivot our vision (many times), she was right there with us, never missing a beat.
