We worked with him a few years ago when we considered purchasing a property, and remembered his thorough approach. We reached out to him this year again, and he promptly responded and flexibly arranged an appointment to fit a seller’s schedule. I paid Samuel Sherman $245 for an re-inspection report in July 2016. It has been almost 5 years. I never received the report nor a refund. He promised the report with in 48 hours. He wanted the money, so badly that he came to my dentist office to collect the payment. I had to get up from my dentist chair to pay him. He cashed the check took off with the money. He never sent the report and I never heard from him again. $245 down the drain.

I hired Prime Home Inspection Los Angeles to do a general home inspection for a Buyer/client. The inspection was performed on a Saturday. The inspector, Prentice showed up on time, and appeared to do a thorough inspection. However, it took 4 days, and repeated attempts to receive the inspection report. At least if he would have called or texted me back, I’d give a better review, but he only responded to me once in four days while I eagerly waited for the inspection report.
