Compare our home inspection reports to any other company. You will notice a difference. We know what is important to our clients. Many newer, less experienced inspectors will not be as detailed or experienced with the huge variety of houses that we run across. We have seen just about everything from houses built in the late 1800’s to bad remodels or “flips”.

Our philosophy is that you should have as much information about the house as possible. We use every tool we have to find any problems. Our inspectors detail everything with clarity (and good grammar!). We inspect hundreds of items in a house. We check everything from the foundation to the roof, and just about everything in between.

Our scheduled inspector had extenuating circumstances the morning of our inspection and SHOULD have cancelled on us, but Prime went the extra distance. Dave the owner took a break from his vacation to come help with the inspection himself last minute. Dave, you really didn’t need to do that, but the fact that you did shows Prime’s outstanding commitment to their customers. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Prime Home Inspection have to be one of the best home inspection companies I have used. They were extremely thorough in the inspection itself. No small details were left unseen, no space was too small or inconvenient to inspect, which is perfect for the prospective buyer. The report was super clear and easy to read and the summary was perfect. We ended up not purchasing the house because of the many things Dave picked up on that would end up costing us a fortune. dependable, reliable and thorough home inspection company, do yourself a favor and hire Prime Home Inspection.

My first saved me from buying into a project with way too much work needed. I had no idea so many things needed repair. The second was all the assurance I wanted to make the purchase. Huge thank you for all of your help. Super thorough and detailed reports both times.
