I use Tim for all of my real estate inspections. He is very informative and thorough.

We had a very detailed report from Tim and appreciated the thorough walk through of our house. We are highly disappointed that he was unable to test the AC unit because 57 degrees on day of inspection was too cold. Upon closing on the house, the AC unit is dead in the water. Very disappointing that we paid good money to have our house inspected and a major issue arose with having the replace the motor in our AC unit – which was not cheap. I understand there is not much an inspector can do with the AC unit in colder weather, but again highly disappointed that this was not caught.

Nick is super awesome! He was flexible with time to make sure that I could meet closing deadlines. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He walked with me throughout the house and explained everything in detail even providing recommendations. His report was perfect, so much so the lender mentioned it was the most detailed inspection report she has received. Nick talked me through everything, came out to my home a second time to ensure things were fixed appropriately and stood by my side through it. He’s a really nice guy and I 100% recommend his service to anyone. I got a discount for being a first time home buyer and a reduced rate on the second inspection. Always get your house inspected again if things were promised to be fixed!!
