Primm Inspection & Electrical Inspectors
He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. DISHONEST — Was trying to help his buddy the realtor sell the house I bought. Wrote in his report that the foundation was satisfactory. It was not. Hem hawed about it verbally. When I pressed him and asked him if I needed to get it checked out. He said it was completely up to me. I even asked him if it was his decision would he get it checked out. He said it was up to me. Had he ever once said, this could be a problem for you, I would have investigated further. Being a first-time home buyer, I didn’t know if it was just protocol for all buyers to get the foundation checked as a preventative measure. Furthermore, he stated in his report that the foundation was satisfactory. This man has cost me tens of thousands of dollars and I am still not finished repairing this house that I have only had 2.5 years. STAY AWAY!
I am a Realtor, but when I sold my home, the BUYER hired Ron Primm. He was accurate and fair, and found some things our inspector didn’t find when we had it inspected when we purchased it. I liked that he took the time to go over everything with his clients, and was very respectful in my home during the inspection (I have seen some inspectors leave insulation everywhere, move things around and not put it back, etc.) To be clear, I’ve never used him personally, but thought he did a great job for the buyer.
When choosing a contractor, honesty and integrity are very high on the list of characteristics I’m looking for. Ron Primm is someone of great character, honesty, and integrity. I trust him with my home, knowing he will do the right thing and truly has my best interest in mind. Thank you Ron for your professional handling of our recent situation.
