Steven did an excellent and thorough and detailed home inspection on the house I planned to purchase.He is patient and explained everything very well.Highly recommend him as a home inspector for home buyers.

We could not be happier with the service Steve and his company provided. The inspection was extremely thorough, the communication throughout the process was excellent, and Steven took his time over the phone explaining his report after the inspection was completed. Steve is a real professional and you will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Steven made the home inspection process such an incredible experience as well as a great learning experience for me as well! Steven was a professional and was very detailed in his inspection. Steven was also willing to answer any questions we may have had (doing this for my first time) and would give a very detailed description of what exactly he was showing us and the solutions he believes there could have been. When trying to schedule, we told Steven approximately how big the house was and he estimated the inspection would take 2.5 hours….You guessed it, the inspection took almost exactly 2.5 hours. I would have no problem recommending Steven to anyone looking for someone to do a home inspection. Thank you so much again Steven!!
