Mr. Mills was very thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He answered almost all of my questions without me even having to ask (which were quite a lot). His report was just as detailed and we received it the same day (within hours and almost immediately after payment) it had pictures of everything with issues. I also liked the fact that he has an online payment option via card for convenience. We also got the additional radon testing and will receive the results back in a few days. I can’t speak on that report because we haven’t gotten the results, but I don’t have a doubt in my mind that it will be prompt. I will definitely recommend Priority First!
