He is very thorough in his inspection, and the report is easy to read and understand. He was polite, professional, and THOROUGH! While he found a large NUMBER of items for my builder to fix, they were mostly maintenance and lower priority issues. “Wait, shouldn’t a brand new house be spotless?” Not really. When I do standards audits at work (IT Security) I find the same thing no matter how hard we try, because that’s reality. I wouldn’t find them if I weren’t using a thorough checklist, so I know that Tim, too, is using a thorough checklist. That lets me sleep at night knowing I got a good house.
