Pamela is a friendly and chatty person. She was able to get us a quick turn-around on both testing and treatment for mold. Our business premise had an emergency situation to resolve, and we called her team right before July 4 weekend. She understood the urgent nature of our request, and quickly retrieved samples for lab results. There were a few iterations during this process because our floorboards needed to be removed before she could retrieve samples, and she had to make a second trip.
