Jim did a fantastic job inspecting our potential first home and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend joining Jim while he performs the inspection and pick his brain throughout for maintenance tips and suggestions on how to keep your home energy efficient and ensure you don’t have future issues down the road. Be sure to bring a notebook and have a fast hand to keep up with all the information that he is sharing, but if you do have a question or need something re-explained he is very good at making sure you understand before he moves on. The report at the end is fantastic too as it is immediately sent after the inspection and clearly explains what you looked at including arrows on the pictures to highlight exactly what the issue is.
