Darryl was recommended by my realtor and I’m very glad she did. Darryl did an very thorough inspection and went over everything with me. He had recommendations for me what definitely needing fixing right away and what could be done later. I felt very confident with Darryl and Dee Dee and would recommend them highly. Turns out Darryl knew my husband and had worked with him and that definitely tells me I chose he right inspector.

They inspected our house during Covid19 pandemic July 20, 2020 4:39 am

This company is amazing. As a nurse, I was not allowed to go to the inspection. They sent us a thorough inspection for everything they found, which included pictures. They are very detailed and quick on responding back, and reasonable priced. We highly recommend them.

Darryl and Brooke went above and beyond to have conversations with me regarding the home- very beneficial information and they were both so easy to talk with. The report was organized and professionally written. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
