Afterward, Peter performed the oil tank sweep. As we looked around the property he offered additional information about other items we should look out for when buying this house. A month later, as the closing got closer, there was an issue about the well water and public water hookup. We were in a crunch and needed a information from a professional quickly. Ironically, I remember Peter speaking about the water and on a whim I called him and told him the problem. He was not obligated to do anything but out of the kindness of his heart, he told me he was certified and qualified to write us a letter that would allow the closing to move forward.
