He did not disappoint. Roman was very professional, thorough and generous of his time and information. He showed me what are the things he looks for in each of the areas and explained some of his observations. The report was very useful as it included items that were actionable to prepare our house for listing. I would recommend Roman for inspections!

Roman was terrific. He arrived on time was extremely courteous and performed his tasks methodically and completely. I felt confident in Roman’s assessment of the builders work. Furthermore his report, pictures, and videos were well thought out and useful in explaining what needed to be repaired and why. I highly recommend Roman if you are looking for a home inspector.

Roman did an inspection for a townhouse we are buying and he was amazing. May 8, 2021 1:43 pm

He worked quickly, but did a thorough job documenting everything with photos and videos. After he was done with the inspection he sat down with us and walked through everything to make sure we understood what he was noting. By the end of the day we had a full report emailed to us with all the photos and videos. We opted in for a sewer scope and he ran through all the way to main line. We felt so much more comfortable moving forward with the purchase of this home after working with Roman. The seller is making some changes based on his report and we are going to have him come back out and look at those items again just to make sure everything is functional. We will definitely be recommending him. Thank you, Roman!
