Excellent friendly service, and the price was a bargain too. He went through the entire house, and explained concerns, what was good, how to work things (Like the old furnace even). I was very impressed, and highly recommend.
Proper Home Inspections came in for a home that I’m buying and did a wonderful job, they went through the entire house, top to bottom and told me everything I needed to know to buy the house with confidence that I wasnt walking into a bad situation. The crew was extremely professional, polite and had already started looking around the exterior when I showed up ( i was 10 min ealry) but made sure to fill me in on anything they found. I felt they were very knowledgeable and I will be a return customer for sure with my next purchase.
