I ALWAYS have an EXCELLENT experience with Property Inspection Service. Chris & Alex are the two inspectors that come to mind. They arrive punctually, often BEFORE our scheduled appointment. They’re both VERY thorough, looking at the property top to bottom and go over in great detail all of their findings before leaving the property. They’re polite and friendly with the home owner and or buyer. They have a depth of knowledge of home construction, foundation, electrical, plumbing, issues etc. I love that they have a way of outlining the results of their inspection without overwhelming the client. They have a smooth, calm and reassuring delivery that puts the client at ease yet at the same time helps the client understand any potential issues or pitfalls with the property. I also appreciate that they’ll take the time to return phone calls to go over their findings when the client cannot personally attend the inspection or has additional questions. In my decades of selling residential real estate I can confirm that Property Inspection Service is one of the best Home Inspection companies.
